Accounts & access
Customer accounts use secure Google sign-in, without a separate app password. Admin and delivery-partner features are gated by server-side role checks; the app does not trust client-side claims for those screens.
If you want to delete your account or stored data, contact us using the details below and we will action the request.
Data we store
We store the information you give us to fulfil orders: name, mobile number, delivery address (village, taluka, district, state, PIN), order history, and uploaded crop images you send to the crop doctor. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or UPI credentials on our servers.
Database access is restricted by row-level security so each customer can only read and modify their own profile, orders, addresses, and crop diagnoses. Storage buckets for crop images and product images are private and served through short-lived signed URLs.
Third parties we use
We rely on a small set of services to run the app: Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), Razorpay (payments), and ScaleMax AI (Bhau chat intelligence). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the feature you are using.
